#1 - Moringa Powder

The main advantage to moringa powder is that you can buy moringa powder in bulk. It's typically a little cheaper than capsules or oil, but it is not necessarily as concentrated. However, it is far more versatile and you can get creative with your recipes if you want to have some fun.
If smoothies aren't your thing, you can also add powder to tea and create a delicious moringa tea. Some people like to add moringa to regular green tea, but you'll want to be careful given the two very different tastes of green tea and moringa.
#2 - Moringa Oil
Moringa oil is not typically consumed by humans. Instead, it's mainly used for haircare and skincare products. Moringa has various healing properties so it is only logical that its' highly concentrated oil can be used for these purposes.

Another major advantage is that moringa capsules tend to be much more highly concentrated than moringa powder. Your serving size is much smaller (as little as 800mg per capsule) than powder due to its' size. The downside however is that capsules tend to be a little more expensive.
