In order to receive a refund, customer should promptly send us all unused product, which are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well.
Once we verify the product is in sellable condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, whether it be by card or by PayPal.
